It Is "SOMETHING" I Mean It.-Dan F Farland

With all the spy leaks in the News it seemed a good time to me to tell my story.  I was Spied on by an early form of OnStar in the early nineties.  I believe it involves more of the famed "military/industial complex" and the federal government than I have been revealing recently.

I have spoken to a lawyer in the past about a Copyright lawsuit.  With what the attorney said to me I also felt I didn't have a win-able case. 

Now I'm taking my case to the public.  Listen to "The Offspring" music yourself.  Ignore the lyrics that are published.  Listen to the music and judge for yourself especially the song "Nothing from Something".  Trust what your ears are telling you.

In 1996 I made the song "Pretty Fly(For A White Guy)" using a Soundblaster mixer on a 486DX2 computer I had bought at RadioShack in 1994-5.  I'm going to keep this short right now.  I was arrested early 1996 in Boston, MA for possession of firearms.  I had 3 guns in my car for protection.  I did not have a concealed weapons permit from NH but I had purchased them legally and I passed the Brady Bill waiting period screening for 2 of the guns that were pistol handguns.  I did not have a  Massachusetts F.I.D card or a license to carry the firearms in that Sate so I served the mandatory 1 year (full 365 days) in Suffolk County Jails in downtown Boston.  

I was told by family that the manager of my building Steven Bouchard had told them that the FBI wanted to search my apartment.  I don't believe he denied them from searching despite the confidentiality rule we had at the  Robinson House 3/4(three quarter house) sobriety housing on Manchester Street in downtown Manchester NH.  That was spring 1996 "Nothing from Something" by The Offspring was released in 1998.
