    Acts of Congress and ordinance makers with deadlocks in voting are not necessary really if we think long and hard enough on it. A president, The Governor or your local Mayor/Town Manager can utilize L.I.V. with council assistance performing their roles as executives. All the means are in place to create another form of economy within our existing one. Using government along with private forms of care and commodity all it will require is a mandate of the people and then government resources already in place can be utilized more effectively to firstly ameliorate the basic needs of C.C. care and commodity then we can move on to greater things.

    Honestly I'm not too keen on publicity seeking politicians except when they show good examples of volunteerism. Leave the disaster spokesperson jobs to the heads of departments like the DOT and then they should give their professional report to the Governor that comes from knowledge and expertise.
