  Rafael A. Madrigal This movie did have a lot of strong actors who fail to deliver so the movie was kind of flat. Not totally flat but kind of. The best delivery was done by an actor who had practically no speaking part; so any award would have to go to him as best actor in this movie.

  Francis Taele You don't have to be Hawaiian to embrace the aloha spirit...or the culture. As long as you're respectful of the culture...i see no reason why we need to get technical about filling roles with specific ethnicities. The culture is inclusive and is one that embraces all people. And albeit the movie ws a comedy...I'm certain that all these "white actors" were mindful and respectful of the host culture.
